PEDESTRIAN是一家概念店，取名「行人」，三位90後店主稱全因「與其陌路，不如同行」，曾經灰心喪志，最後還是選擇留守香港追夢，希望這間咖啡店可以讓每一個「行人」看見身邊尚有同路人，繼續並肩前進。旨在每位路過的人提供咖啡和服務，提醒每個人珍惜這一刻的相遇。

PEDESTRIAN is a concept store that wants to encourage everyone to meet new people, learn new things and get inspiration by others during every steps of the adventure. We provide coffee and services to every passerby, and remind everyone to cherish the encounter at this moment and walk together as pedestrians.

Pedestrian Coffee is launched in 2021, with passionate 90s teenagers.
